Accounting Clerk / Receptionist

Glenmor Equipment LP is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk / Receptionist for a full time permanent position. The successful candidate must be professional and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks. Candidate must be proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. 3 to 5 years work experience in a similar position is required.
Assigned duties will include, but not limited to, answering phones, filing, processing mail, monthly bank reconciliations, and payroll processing. Additional duties to include accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger entries. The candidate must be detail oriented and be willing to work independently while having a comprehension of all departments of Glenmor including sales, parts, and service.
